I loved the staff. they were all so friendly and helpful. If you eat at isla blanca restaurant ask for Moises, he is the most attentive and nicest waiter in the resort.

If I had a question or issue the staff was quick to address and support my needs. The grounds are beautiful and the transportation is very convenient. You do not need to leave the property at all because you have everything there! Restaurants were fun and delicious. Entertainment from TRS was awesome and the Grand Palladium agenda of daily activities is really well thought out and has good variety!

The staff was exceptional!! I will definitely be back just based on the service alone! The resort was beautiful and the food was amazing! Cabanas were affordable at the pool and it was easy to get covered lounge chairs at the beach. I also really enjoyed my massage at the spa. If you a celebrating a birthday they go above and beyond to make you feel special. We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything!

Upgraded to the Adult only TRS. Swim up room was great. The dinners at restaurants were good. Lunch options were also good. Beach and pools great. Alcohol options met expectations. Butler was amazing.

Location fantastic as well as facilities but not enough help concierge office and front desk. Food was ok not all wait staff at restaurants were attentive

The entire staff was amazing and very accommodating. I can not say enough about how good the service was during my stay. There are also plenty of options for great tasting food.

Loooovvvvveeeddd everything about the resort. I went for a last minute birthday trip. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly even when I arrived after 10PM. Was able to indulge in the silent party by the pool bar Aqua that night and get some food from 24hrs sports bar. The property grounds were amazingly clean and refreshing. There is a lot to do here if you stay for a week. Between the spa and riding the boat up to my room gave an unforgettable luxury experience. The food was amazing. Poiseidon and Sumptuori was my favorite. I will definitely return to Grand Palladium for another vacation to indulge in the other thing I missed out on. Overall great experience and fun people.

the property is beautiful. The landscaping and rooms are nice but def showing signs of wear. The tennis center is great. The staff was nice and my instructor Ruben was great. Great place of you want to mix tennis with your vacation.

The property was very clean and they are still taking precautions for COVID. It was easy to find everything and it offered all the amenities we were looking for. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. Everyone was right there willing to help which was great. Our room was beautiful and room service made sure we had enough towels.
